The problem
WhatsApp is where you sell. It just wasn't built to run a pipeline.
Most small businesses end up juggling WhatsApp, a spreadsheet and a notes app. Somewhere between the three, leads and promises slip through.
Leads sink under new messages
A hot lead from this morning is twenty chats down by lunch, and nobody remembers to reply.
Follow-ups live in your head
“I'll get back to you Thursday” is easy to promise and easy to forget.
Customer context is scattered
Sizes, budgets and past orders sit in a notes app, a spreadsheet and your memory.
The same answers, all day
Prices, opening hours, delivery times — typed again for every new person who asks.
Spreadsheets drift out of date
The sheet says “Proposal sent”. The chat says the customer already paid.
No idea where sales stall
Without stages or reports, you can't tell whether leads drop off at price, proposal or payment.
InboxCRM puts the pipeline, the notes and the reminders right beside the chat — so nothing depends on memory.
How it works
A CRM that lives where the conversation happens
InboxCRM is a WhatsApp CRM Chrome extension. It adds a sidebar and a chat-tools panel to WhatsApp Web, so every conversation can sit in a pipeline stage, carry notes and tags, get a follow-up reminder and be answered with a saved template — without a separate CRM tab.
01
Add InboxCRM to Chrome
Install the extension in your desktop Chrome browser. No API account and no number migration.
02
Open WhatsApp Web as usual
The InboxCRM sidebar appears on the left, and a tools panel slides in beside the chat you have open.
03
Organise as you chat
Drop the chat into a pipeline stage, add a note or tag, set a follow-up and reply with a saved template.

Features
Everything a WhatsApp CRM needs, next to every chat
Start with the outcomes that matter most — a clear pipeline, full customer context, on-time follow-ups and faster replies.
One click blurs names, profile photos, chat previews, messages and media across WhatsApp Web. Run a pipeline review, record a demo or train a new teammate — then switch it off.
InboxCRM suits small businesses, sales reps, support agents, freelancers and online sellers who have outgrown chat labels but don't want an API platform. Here's how different teams use it.
Online stores
Problem
Buyers ask about sizes, pay, then wait for shipping news — all in one long thread.
Workflow
Move each buyer from Inquiry to Paid to Shipped, store sizes in notes, send tracking from the order record.
Benefit
Every order has a status, and no buyer is left asking “where's my parcel?”.

Real estate agents
Problem
Dozens of enquiries with different budgets, areas and viewing dates.
Workflow
Tag leads by budget and area, schedule viewing reminders, and follow up automatically after three quiet days.
Benefit
You know which buyer wants what, and nobody goes cold after a viewing.

Problem
No-shows, and the front desk answering “what are your hours?” all day.
Workflow
Confirm appointments the day before and let auto-replies answer opening hours and price-list questions.
Benefit
Fewer missed bookings and fewer repetitive messages for your staff.

Freelancers & agencies
Problem
Proposals go out, but it's unclear which ones are still alive.
Workflow
Track proposals by deal value on a board and review the funnel to see which stage loses the most clients.
Benefit
A clear view of your pipeline value and where to tighten your pitch.
A WhatsApp CRM is a customer-relationship tool built around WhatsApp conversations. Instead of copying leads into a spreadsheet, you track each chat's sales stage, notes, tags, follow-ups and orders alongside the conversation itself. InboxCRM is a WhatsApp CRM that runs inside WhatsApp Web as a Chrome extension.
How does InboxCRM work with WhatsApp Web?
After you add the extension to Chrome, open WhatsApp Web and log in as usual. An InboxCRM sidebar appears on the left of the page, and a chat-tools panel slides in next to the open conversation with context, pipeline, notes, replies and pinned views. Larger tools such as the CRM board, flow builder, reports and orders open as full pages.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. InboxCRM works with the account you already use in WhatsApp Web. There is no API account to set up, no phone-number migration and no separate shared inbox.
Is InboxCRM a Chrome extension?
Yes. InboxCRM is a Chrome extension (Manifest V3) for web.whatsapp.com. It works in the desktop Chrome browser, not in the WhatsApp mobile app.
Where is my CRM data stored?
Your CRM records — pipelines, notes, tags, templates, schedules, orders and settings — are stored in Chrome's local extension storage on your own device. There is no developer-side database for your chats or CRM records. Data leaves your device only when you use a feature that needs it, such as an AI request to the provider you configured or a webhook to a URL you entered. You can export backups and restore them at any time.
No API · No migration · No new inbox
Keep the WhatsApp you know. Add the CRM you've been missing.
