Local-first data

A WhatsApp CRM that keeps your data on your device

Most CRMs copy your customer records to their cloud. InboxCRM keeps them in your own browser — and gives you a one-click blur for the moments you share your screen.

Local-first data

Your CRM data stays on your device

InboxCRM stores your CRM records in Chrome's local extension storage on your own computer. There is no developer-side CRM database holding your chats or customer records — and nothing to sell.

Stored in your browser

chrome.storage.local · on this device

  • Pipelines, stages and deal values
  • Contact notes, tags and custom fields
  • Quick replies and media
  • Schedules, follow-ups, flows and auto-replies
  • Orders, campaign lists and reports
  • Settings and sending-limit counters

You manage backups. Export, restore or schedule backups of your data.

You can delete it. Uninstalling removes the extension's local storage — back up first.

Leaves only when you choose

optional features · your decision

  • AI provider you chooseOnly when you ask for an AI draft: recent message text and your draft go to OpenRouter, OpenAI, Gemini or Groq — never to us.
  • Webhook URLs you enterOnly for the events you subscribe to, sent to endpoints you control.
  • Account & subscriptionWhen you sign in, the account service checks your plan. It never receives WhatsApp messages or CRM records.

Use InboxCRM without AI or webhooks and no message content leaves your browser through those features. No security method is perfect, so keep API keys and backup files private.

Privacy blur

Share your screen without sharing your customers

One click blurs names, profile photos, chat previews, messages and media across WhatsApp Web. Run a pipeline review, record a demo or train a new teammate — then switch it off.

Try it: toggle the blur on the example chat list.

All questions

Where is my CRM data stored?

Your CRM records — pipelines, notes, tags, templates, schedules, orders and settings — are stored in Chrome's local extension storage on your own device. There is no developer-side database for your chats or CRM records. Data leaves your device only when you use a feature that needs it, such as an AI request to the provider you configured or a webhook to a URL you entered. You can export backups and restore them at any time.

Can I use AI to write replies?

Yes, optionally. Connect your own AI provider key and InboxCRM can draft a reply or improve one you wrote, using the conversation as context and a tone such as friendly, professional, short, apologetic or persuasive. When you use an AI feature, recent message text and your draft are sent to the provider you chose. If you never use AI, no message content is sent to an AI provider.

Which AI providers does InboxCRM support?

OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google Gemini and Groq. You bring your own API key, so you choose the provider, the model and the cost.
