WhatsApp auto reply, paced
Automation with limits you can see
Responsible automation
Automation that's paced like a person, not a bot
Every automated send — campaigns, follow-ups, schedules and auto-replies — goes through one shared layer of pacing, caps and quiet hours. The conservative defaults are switched on from day one, and you can see and adjust them.
These controls reduce risk — they can't remove it. WhatsApp's Terms restrict automated and bulk messaging, and no third-party tool can guarantee your number won't be restricted. Only message people who have agreed to hear from you.
Randomised delays
Gaps between automated sends vary, instead of firing at a fixed machine rhythm.
Batch cooldowns
Campaigns pause between batches before continuing.
Hourly & daily caps
On by default at 40 per hour and 250 per day. You can see and lower them.
Quiet hours
Automated messages hold during the hours you choose.
Per-contact cooldown
The same person isn't messaged again and again in a short window.
Warm-up mode
Newer numbers start with lower volume and build up gradually.
Failure-streak stop
Sending stops automatically after repeated failures, so problems don't snowball.
Default caps
40 /hour · 250 /day
Conservative out of the box. Lower them any time.

Auto-replies, flows, follow-ups and campaigns
Auto-reply rules, chatbot flows, follow-up sequences, scheduled sends and campaigns all share one sending-safety layer, so no single tool can bypass your caps or quiet hours.

All questionsCan I schedule WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Pick a chat, write the message and choose a date and time. InboxCRM also has an appointment centre and scheduled status posts. Keep Chrome running with WhatsApp Web open so scheduled messages can be sent on time.
Can I create follow-up reminders?
Yes. You can set timed reminders and follow-up sequences based on how long a chat has waited, and get notified about who to contact next.
Does InboxCRM guarantee my WhatsApp account won't be restricted?
No. No third-party tool can guarantee that. WhatsApp's Terms restrict automated and bulk messaging, and unsolicited or high-volume messages can lead to a number being restricted or banned. InboxCRM paces automated sending with randomised delays, hourly and daily caps, quiet hours, per-contact cooldowns, warm-up mode and an automatic stop after repeated failures. These controls are designed to reduce risk, not remove it. Only message people who have agreed to hear from you.
