Chat Tools Panel

Open any chat and a small InboxCRM panel slides in on the right — Chat, Pipeline, Notes, Replies and Pinned, all without leaving the conversation.

   Open any chat in WhatsApp Web — the panel appears automatically on the right with the InboxCRM logo.

   Chat tab: see the contact's ID and a "Pin chat" shortcut. Pipeline tab: move this one chat between CRM stages. Notes tab: write a quick note just for this contact.

   Replies tab: fire one of your saved Quick Replies straight into this chat. Pinned tab: see every chat you've pinned to the top.

   Use the small arrow at the panel's edge to peek at a compact summary card for the contact without switching tabs.
